📋 Description

• We are seeking an SAP ERP Consultant for Japanese Manufacturing. • Managing SAP ERP requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for key accounts. • Overseeing project execution ensuring on-time, on-budget completion of projects. • Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals. • Analyze client’s SAP B1 ERP and business needs to ensure smooth transition to SAP ERP. • Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders. • Understand the client’s business processes including manufacturing, purchase, sales, financial processes. • Mentor and train new team members if necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3~5 years of consulting experience. • Project management and Program management skills. • Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, development, implementation of SAP ERP and other system applications, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • SAP Application Associate certifications are preferred. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • Expertise in SAP Modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, CRM, SAP S/4HANA, etc. • Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Japanese Language is preferable. • Strong industry experience within Manufacturing. • Expert knowledge of industry specific best practices. • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills. • Strong customer relationship skills. • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
