• Responsible for planning daily sales activities in pathology lab field. • Work closely with existing customers and grow new accounts. • Collaborate with Sales Manager LAB and Sales Directors. • Identify sales opportunities and drive maximum growth. • Organize and support product training based on market needs. • Work independently and part of a team to achieve sales results. • Analyze the market to strengthen competitiveness.
• Strong commercial mindset. • Experience in sales roles with a proven track record. • Relevant BA/Master or equivalent. • Experience from IVD/LAB sales in the field of pathology. • Knowledge of pathology products via sales or work experience in a pathology laboratory. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong analytical capabilities to drive business cases. • Solid stakeholder management skills. • Structured, collaborative, and communicative. • Fluent in English and native language of Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian. • Experience with Microsoft Office. • Driving license is a requirement.
