Description

• Excellent oral and written skills. • 3+ years of recent experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role. • Experience working in an agile environments. • Be able to work within an existing design system. • Experience collaborating with engineering teams using Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence. • Proficient in Figma. • Knowledge of JavaScript and component-based UI design and the micro-site / composite-UI architecture is a plus. • Help define product requirements by engaging with users and the business. • Conduct various forms of user research, including user interviews and concept testing. • Design, test and iterate to create intuitive and scalable user experiences. • Work with developers to implement designs – creating production ready digital assets (PNG) and source code artifacts such as HTML/CSS. • Participate in regular design critiques.
