📋 Description

•Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Developer Relations Engineer - Blockchain - this is a fully remote role, but candidates need to be based in N/S America. •We're looking for an incredible Developer Relations Engineer to be the primary technical point of contact for developers building on our chains. •This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in both technical communication and blockchain technology, particularly those who have worked with rollups and scaling solutions. •If you're looking to work in a fast-paced, high-impact team and help shape the developer experience of our product, this position is for you. •We're backed by some of the best investors in the valley and offer competitive pay and equity, and full benefits. •As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will: •Serve as the primary technical point of contact between us and developers building on our platform •Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and implementation guides for our chains •Work closely with the business development team to support customer onboarding and integration •Triage technical support requests, providing direct assistance for basic inquiries and coordinating with engineering for complex issues •Monitor and respond to developer questions about rollup implementation and best practices •Gather and synthesize developer feedback to inform product improvements •Represent us at developer-focused events and conferences •Create technical content that helps developers understand the benefits of our products

🎯 Requirements

•Have 2+ years of experience in developer relations, technical writing, or developer support roles •Have hands-on experience with blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 scaling solutions •Have experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible chains •Are comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
