• Career Renew is recruiting for a Growth/ Marketing Lead DeFi. • Candidates need to be based in UTC +/-2 timezones. • We’re looking for a growth/marketing focused generalist who’s passionate about DeFi. • You’ll work directly with our CEO to take ownership of various growth activities. • You’ll test a variety of activities, like content generation, being active on X and Telegram, organizing private events, creating a referral scheme, etc. • Your job will be to experiment with these activities, measure which activities are working well and then double down on them. • With all these activities, you’ll be able to tap into the experience and network of our team, investors and advisors who are well connected and experienced crypto-OGs.
Requirements
• Crypto-Native Experience: Deep understanding of DeFi with a strong network in the crypto community • Prior experience building and promoting partnerships in the DeFi ecosystem • Prior experience planning and executing growth strategies • Expertise in Twitter, Telegram, and other high-impact channels for crypto marketing • Previous experience working in a start up
