📋 Description

• Career Renew is recruiting for a Senior Backend Engineer (Solana) - a fully remote role in EMEA timezones. • Build and maintain backend systems that power the platform. • Requires extensive experience with the Solana ecosystem and TypeScript. • Report to the Backend Lead. • Current tech stack includes Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, and CloudFlare. • Must be located in the EMEA region for application consideration. • Lead design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs related to Solana. • Ensure high coding standards, conduct reviews, and optimize performance. • Implement monitoring tools for high system availability and develop comprehensive test suites. • Mentor junior developers and document technical processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with the Solana ecosystem and backend development in TypeScript • Proven ability to design, build, and optimise scalable backend systems, including APIs and smart contract interactions • Deep understanding of testing frameworks, debugging, and performance tuning for high-availability systems • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, mentor junior developers, and communicate effectively • Must be located in the EMEA region
