• Take care of personnel evaluation and development • Participate in face-to-face meetings and interviews • Ensure employees onboarding • Contribute to employee's motivation efforts • Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development • Assist in recruitment, position transfers, rotations, and dismissals • Take part in the organization of corporate events • Support the company's staff database • Participate in the development of the company's personnel policies
• At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry) • HR interviewing experience • Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel • Experience in introducing, composing, and updating the company's policies • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English WOULD BE A PLUS • Ability to learn new things quickly • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment • Self-motivated person • Positive thinking and an open minded attitude are very welcome
