• Analyzing learning needs: The instructional designer will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify the learning needs of the target audience. • Designing learning objectives: Based on the learning needs analysis, the instructional designer will develop learning objectives that outline what the learner should know or be able to do after completing the training. • Developing instructional materials: The instructional designer will design and develop instructional materials, such as course content, assessments, and multimedia resources, that align with the learning objectives. • Selecting instructional toolbox: The instructional designer will select appropriate instructional strategies & toolbox, based on the learning objectives and the target audience. • Evaluating learning outcomes: The instructional designer will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and materials by measuring learning outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
• English Upper-Intermediate level and higher (critical) • Learning on the fly • Drive for result • Analytical thinking • Communication skills • Will be an advantage: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS will be advantage • Graphic design tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc.) will be an advantage
