• Analyze and optimize products and activities, contributing to strategic product decisions • Build reports, dashboards, and metrics • Plan, conduct, and interpret the results of A/B tests to optimize existing product features and implement new ones • Conduct UX research and analyze results (optional and depends on the candidate's experience)
• Deep expertise in Google Analytics (Enhanced E-commerce), Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and Power BI • Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests to inform decision-making • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation and visualization • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and an understanding of DOM document structures • Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and decision-making • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights • WOULD BE A PLUS: Background in UX research or usability testing • Familiarity with Front-end technologies and web performance metrics • Experience with mobile analytics systems (e.g., AppMetrica, AppsFlyer) is a plus
