• We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join the client's project team focused on the procurement and implementation of a new Payroll and HR system. • This role also includes the opportunity to support other initiatives, such as an upcoming finance system project, and to play a key role in the client’s target architecture planning. • The scope may expand to involve additional projects requiring architectural expertise. • Key Responsibilities: • Lead architectural analysis and data collection independently. • Collaborate with business experts to identify and document information flows, business logic, data formats, and technical interfaces. • Develop documentation and materials to support requirements gathering and engage with system vendors. • Plan and prepare for the deployment of new or enhanced IT solutions based on business needs, while aligning with existing IT services. • Support the documentation of integrations associated with new solutions. • Actively contribute to the development of the organization’s target architecture.
• Experience Level 3: 4–8 years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture. • Strong background in business process and information flow analysis and modeling. • Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions based on business needs and target architecture. • Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions during the procurement process. • Skilled in requirements gathering and designing solutions for integrations. • Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish. • Preferred Qualifications: • Background in architecture for HR systems, such as payroll, scheduling, or HR management. • Experience in data migration for payroll and HR system transitions. • Familiarity with Unit4 Payroll and HR products.
