📋 Description

• The Client Partner acts as a trusted advisor, understanding and helping clients achieve their business goals. • Client Partners work with customers to develop a deep understanding of their business, objectives, and priorities. • They use this knowledge to foster and propose solutions and services that improve the client’s efficiency, enable competitiveness, streamline processes, and reduce expenses. • Client Partners understand the capabilities of the solutions within Sapiens’ portfolio and work to articulate a solution’s value, differentiate its capabilities, and develop an effective client value proposition, with the objective of maximizing Sapiens’ value. • Clients Partners manage and grow a portfolio of accounts. • They are responsible for expanding business within these existing accounts by developing relationships with new client buyers and buying centers, identifying new opportunities, and introducing additional Sapiens’ solutions and services to address these client needs. • Grow sales and revenue through proactive management of assigned customer relationships by identify opportunities for Sapiens’ solutions (products or services) and being responsible for leading the sales effort for these opportunities. • Expand relationships with new buyers across client organizations and increase understanding of Sapiens capabilities. • Develop customer account plans and strategies that identify activities Sapiens should undertake in response to client objectives, relevant customer needs, and priorities. • Lead the opportunity team, collaborating with other Sapiens units to ensure solutioning that best addresses the clients’ needs. • Enhance customer relationships through extensive knowledge of the operations, people, and business enabling a strategic, relationship-based value-added solutions. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with existing relationship and services so that all clients are referenceable. • Partner with marketing to drive communication and positioning in the market, with activities like press releases and market speaking opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant working experience as a Client Partner, responsible primarily for revenue growth at client accounts. • Native / Professional fluency in French. • Experience in developing strong, long-lasting relationships with customer C-Levels, key business partners, and stakeholders. • Experience selling complex, core software solutions, with a focus on the insurance industry. • Experience identifying new opportunities from consultatively listening to the customer and understanding business needs. • Experience closing multi-million dollar, enterprise-wide software and services solution deals. • A successful track record of revenue and profit growth as a Client Partner in a software company. • A history of successfully working through the entire sales lifecycle, including negotiations and deal closing. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to serve as a trusted liaison between the customer and Sapiens. • Willingness to regularly travel throughout North America as required.
