📋 Description

• Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in Illinois personal injury-litigation • Focuses on pre-litigation cases, requiring strong negotiation skills and attention to detail • Manage a caseload of 80 - 100 cases from intake to settlement • Evaluate and assess the merits of claims, including liability and damages • Conduct thorough client interviews and maintain open communication • Coordinate with medical providers and review medical records • Prepare demand packages, negotiate with insurance adjusters • Maintain organized case files • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and firm policies

🎯 Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation is a must • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines • Commitment to client advocacy and delivering results • Admission to the State Bar of IL and in good standing • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree
