Description
• Seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in pre-litigation • Manage a personal injury caseload of 80 - 100 cases from intake to settlement • Evaluate claims, conduct client interviews, review medical records, and prepare demand packages • Negotiate with insurance adjusters for fair settlements and ensure compliance with laws
Requirements
• 4 - 6 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation is a must • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines • Commitment to client advocacy and delivering results • Admission to the State Bar of CA and in good standing • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree
