📋 Description

• To work as part of a centralised Client and Matter Inception (CMI) team providing a professional high quality, solution focused and efficient client on-boarding and matter opening journey. • Ensuring all work requests are carried out in line with AML and other regulatory requirements. • Working to set SLAs in order to meet clients’ needs. • To provide truly outstanding client service we work as one team. Our Business Operations Group is made up of business professionals who work with our legal professionals to provide market leading expertise to our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of working in a similar role within the legal sector. • Knowledge of AML rules and KYC (know your client) requirements for law firms. • Experience of on-boarding international clients, both companies and individuals is desirable. • Experience in complex company structures and interpretation of this is desirable. • Efficient and accurate typing skills. • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for presentation. • Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. • Experience of using document, case and practice management systems. • Effective communicator, able to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
