β€’ Provide quality consultation to ecclesiastical leaders and direct counseling services. β€’ Support to other staff in a private office setting or teletherapy. β€’ Development and referral of community resources.

Requirements

β€’ Masters' degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology or related degree leading to clinical licensure. β€’ Minimum of five (5) years post-masters' professional experience including three (3) years post-independent licensure. β€’ One year of post-independent licensure may be replaced by NOJOS and DOC Credentialing for Sensitive Cases Team. β€’ Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and receptiveness to feedback β€’ Ability to provide clinical supervision of other team members, including those pursuing clinical licensure. β€’ Professionalism with great attention to quality and timely notes, consultation, and terminations. β€’ Highly skilled in conducting group therapy. β€’ Refined consultation skills. β€’ Fulfill assignments from agency and regional managers. β€’ Hold and maintain current independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar). β€’ State licensure for multiple states may be required.
