β’ Through professional teletherapy, provide consultation to ecclesiastical leaders and counseling services. β’ Engage in community resource development and referral. β’ Support other staff members in delivering services.
β’ Masters' degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology or related degree that leads to clinical licensure. β’ Minimum of five (5) years post masters' professional experience including three (3) years post independent licensure. One year of post independent licensure may be replaced by NOJOS and DOC Credentialing for Sensitive Cases Team. β’ Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and receptiveness to feedback. β’ Ability to provide clinical supervision of other team members, including those pursuing clinical licensure. β’ Professionalism with great attention to quality and timely notes, consultation, and terminations. β’ Highly skilled in conducting group therapy. β’ Refined consultation skills. β’ Fulfill assignments from agency and regional managers. β’ Hold and maintain current independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar clinical licensure).
