β’ Masters' degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology or related degree leading to clinical licensure. β’ Minimum of five (5) years post-masters' professional experience including three (3) years post-independent licensure. β’ One year of post-independent licensure may be replaced by NOJOS and DOC Credentialing for Sensitive Cases Team. β’ Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and receptiveness to feedback β’ Ability to provide clinical supervision of other team members, including those pursuing clinical licensure. β’ Professionalism with great attention to quality and timely notes, consultation, and terminations. β’ Highly skilled in conducting group therapy. β’ Refined consultation skills. β’ Fulfill assignments from agency and regional managers. β’ Hold and maintain current independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar). β’ State licensure for multiple states may be required.
