📋 Description
• The enrollment counselor is pivotal in assisting prospective students in applying and providing comprehensive guidance regarding program inquiries. • This is a paid remote student-employee role for students residing in Utah or Idaho. • Students work a consistent 20-hour-a-week schedule between Monday–Saturday between the hours of 6AM MST to 10PM MST. • Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the journey of our students as they pursue their educational goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent or current enrollment in PathwayConnect. • Current CES Student at one of the following institutions: BYU-Pathway Worldwide, Ensign College, BYU - Idaho, Brigham Young University, BYU-Hawaii (Living in Utah or Idaho). • *Students on an F-1 or J-1 visa must currently be enrolled at Ensign College. • Other skills and qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities. • Ability to empathize and effectively address the needs of diverse student populations. • Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving requirements.
