Description

• Own and be responsible for your product’s end-to-end success. • Define the product strategy and deliver it. • Communicate and define key initiatives and milestones to stakeholders. • Represent customers’ needs throughout the delivery process. • Monitor competitor products and market trends. • Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning. • Manage technical relationships with key partners. • Write clear user stories for new features. • Maintain FAQs and Knowledge Base for your product(s). • Own data and reporting for your product(s).

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS or similar type organisation. • First-class written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. • Evidence of working with development, sales and marketing teams to successfully monetise a product. • Experience of working on and launching B2B software applications. • Knowledge of agile product development best practices. • Experience conducting user interviews, gathering feedback and gleaning insights to inform further development. • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a “doer” mindset. • Any experience or exposure to the Shape Up methodology. • UX methodologies. • Technical knowledge of Google Workspace.
