Description
• Responsible for development, assessment, and quantification of trends. • Require direct working relationships with management and key staff members. • Analyze trends to determine variances and develop reports. • Summarize information, data, and recommendations, and prepare presentation materials. • Make recommendations based upon analysis to monitor areas of opportunity/risk. • Create regular and ad-hoc reports. • Payor Policy analysis and review. • Denial and Revenue Cycle trending. • Use independent judgment to resolve issues. • Complete complex/special assignments.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field preferred. • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an analyst (revenue cycle, data, financial, business, or related) required. • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in PB Revenue Cycle preferred.
