📋 Description
• The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that support business objectives while ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform. • This role involves hands-on development across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including conception, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow development, integration, and administration, enabling them to build efficient and scalable solutions that align with business requirements. • They will work on both new and existing applications, perform hands-on development, and contribute to architectural decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Three (3) plus years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role. • Proven experience in configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting. • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like Integration Hub. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
