• Lead and manage a team of 2+ CRM managers, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of all company communications. • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to enhance channel performance and drive business growth. • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app banners, and WhatsApp. • Work closely with the Growth team to design and implement lifecycle marketing automations. • Manage and optimize CRM tools, including Exponea and Twilio, to ensure efficiency and scalability. • Develop segmentation strategies to personalize communications and improve engagement. • Monitor and continuously improve operational and engagement metrics (deliverability, open rates, click rates, CTOR, and conversion rates). • Identify opportunities for automation throughout the user journey, including setting up triggered communications. • Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong track record of independently planning and executing communication campaigns. • Experience leading a distributed team, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of tasks. • Expertise in Exponea (primary marketing automation tool) and Twilio for WhatsApp and SMS. Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or CDPs (e.g., Twilio Segment, Rudderstack) is a plus. • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on documentation and continuous improvement. • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and ability to analyze channel performance and conversion rates. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, fostering transparency and alignment across teams. • Curiosity and willingness to explore new channels, integrations, and automation opportunities. • Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) are a plus.
