🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in HR operations, with a track record of managing international teams and remote workers. • Strong experience and knowledge of labor/employment law in Poland or The Netherlands, as well as across Europe, including dealing with B2B contractors. • Strong people management skills, capable of inspiring and developing a high-performing team. • Familiarity with HRIS and a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR processes. • Proficient in HR analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
