• 3+ years of experience managing high-budget ($100k+) paid campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on ROI optimization. • Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including algorithm behavior and best practices. • Proven track record in creating successful ads tailored to different social media platforms that connect well with various target groups. • Familiarity with tracking tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. • Ability to create compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with diverse audiences. • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. • Expertise in audience research, segmentation, and building custom/lookalike audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build campaigns from scratch and scale them effectively. • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and contributing to a mission-driven team. • Experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition campaigns is a plus.
