📋 Description

• Entirely Remote Work From Anywhere Role! • Build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. • Drive the integration of AI/ML solutions within software applications. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models as services in software systems. • Collaborate in an agile software engineering team to build scalable AI/ML-based products. • Ensure adherence to performance standards and compliance with data security requirements. • Mentor other associate and intermediate software engineers as needed. • Participate in all scrum ceremonies, assisting in sprint planning and completing required sprints.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns in the building and deploying of scalable; highly available systems • 5 years in at least one modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, Informatica preferred), and experience with at least two of the following: React, Angular v4+, NodeJS, NoSQL databases, HTML5, CSS, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services. • 5 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, JSON • 5 years with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Python (Django/Flask), C/C++, C#, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go • 5 years in defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs for optimizing short term execution while planning for long term technical capabilities • At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale machine learning solutions in a software engineering-adjacent field • Proficiency in deploying machine learning algorithms as production ready API services • Experience developing and debugging in Python for AI/ML services using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Kserve, BentoML, etc • Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to technical and business audiences in a comprehensive manner • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, including analytics teams, development teams, product management, and operations • Ability to work independently and in a fully remote environment • Willingness and ability to stay up to date on new ML/AI technologies and their potential impact on the company • 5 years of translating design mockups, prototypes and user stories into working applications • 5 years of ability to produce code that is fault-tolerant, efficient, and maintainable • 1 year of working with Machine Learning esp. in Natural Language Understanding, Machine Translation, Deep Neural Networks and related fields
