• Lead the development of game projects using Unreal Engine, ensuring high-quality and efficient production • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of core game systems and features • Mentor and guide a team of Unreal Engine developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with creative goals • Implement best practices for coding, architecture, and workflow to maintain project scalability and efficiency • Optimize game performance through detailed profiling, debugging, and testing • Stay up-to-date with Unreal Engine advancements and industry trends, integrating new technologies and techniques into the development process • Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure timely and successful delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the game development industry • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine • Proven experience leading technical teams in game development, with a focus on Unreal Engine projects • Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprint scripting within Unreal Engine • Deep understanding of game design, development processes, and technical constraints • Expertise in performance profiling, optimization, and debugging • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale projects from concept to completion • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce) • Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unity) • Experience in multiplayer game development • Familiarity with cloud computing and online services (e.g., AWS, Azure) • Published titles demonstrating technical prowess and creativity • Understanding of mobile and console game development • Advanced mathematics or physics knowledge applicable to game development
