Requirements
• Proven Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in game production, with a strong background in mobile games and large-scale client projects. • IP Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with well-known IPs, ensuring brand alignment and stakeholder satisfaction. • Leadership: Successfully led large teams and managed complex projects from pre-production to post-launch. • External Collaboration: Experience managing relationships with external studios, vendors, and other third-party collaborators. • Adaptability: Thrives under pressure and in situations of uncertainty, with a calm and strategic approach. • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas, provide feedback, and inspire teams. • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of game development pipelines, tools, and processes. • Methodologies: Expertise in agile and other project management methodologies, tailoring them to meet team needs.
