Description

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github, AmazingHiring, and more) and advanced search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search, etc.) • Reviewing and screening CVs to ensure candidates meet vacancy requirements • Creating and formatting CVs in a polished, corporate manner to present to our customers • Collaborating closely with Recruiters, joining daily sync-ups to discuss recruitment priorities and brainstorm new ideas for finding top talent • Managing and tracking candidate interactions through our ATS on a daily basis • Conducting job market research to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in direct sourcing, ideally with mid-to-senior level specialists (game dev/IT) • Experience sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, and advanced search techniques such as X-Ray and Boolean search • Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher) in both speaking and writing • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with potential candidates • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on data and precision • A solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle and/or experience in recruiting activities • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
