📋 Description

• The Affiliate Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach and influence through the development and management of robust affiliate partnerships. • This position is ideal for a creative and driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about the gaming industry. • The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partnerships to drive effective penetration and successful growth for the companies we service. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify, recruit, and secure new affiliate partnerships opportunities. • Leverage creative thinking and industry insights to craft innovative affiliate marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, driving traffic and conversions. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on the performance of affiliate campaigns to allocate resources efficiently and optimize results and returns. • Regularly report performance of affiliates. • Monitor affiliate activities addressing any issues promptly to maintain integrity and reputation. • Equip affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively market our services, nurturing long-term, productive partnerships. • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including affiliates, team members, and executive leadership. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork. • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing efforts with broader company objectives and campaigns. • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring affiliate campaigns meet legal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum a year of experience in an iGaming Affiliation role. • Effective command of communication in English, both written and verbal, to clearly convey strategies, goals, and expectations. • Passionate about Casino/Crypto Casino/Sports would be a plus. • A deep understanding of the latest iGaminig trends and technologies. • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, partners, and internal teams. • Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts with affiliates. • Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed performance goals. • Excellent time management skills. • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions to optimize affiliate campaigns.
