📋 Description
• Join team.blue as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes; • Help build a pipeline of candidates and deliver exceptional candidate experiences; • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a best-in-class recruitment process;
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting within an international, fast-paced matrix environment; • Strong capability to interpret global processes, adapt to local operational policies, troubleshoot issues, and escalate appropriately when needed; • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (mandatory); • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
