📋 Description

• As a Content Producer at Youth4Youth (Y4Y), you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and impactful content across various platforms to support our mission. • Collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters, you will develop multimedia content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our initiatives. • Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for Y4Y’s digital platforms. • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with Y4Y’s objectives. • Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and reflects Y4Y's brand voice. • Assist in developing and executing a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery. • Align content with campaigns, events, and key organisational messages. • Adjust content strategies based on data insights to enhance reach and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in content creation tools experience with software for creating written, visual, and multimedia content. • Strong storytelling abilities - capable of crafting compelling narratives across various formats. • Project management skills - ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines. • Collaborative mindset - experience working with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive content. • Analytical skills - proficiency in using analytics tools to assess content performance.
