📋 Description
• The Revenue Cycle Business Intelligence Analyst provides data analytics and visualization services. • Responsible for creating complex interactive dashboards to support business decisions. • Expected to gather requirements and select appropriate tools for visualization. • Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and IT for data governance. • Documents the development process including data flows and business requirements. • Acts as a mentor and resource for the Revenue Cycle Reporting & Analytics team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Information Systems or Bachelors Computer Science or Bachelors Engineering or Bachelors Statistics or Bachelors Business. • Epic Cogito certification required within 120 days. • Epic Revenue Data Modeling certification required within 1 year. • HFMA CRCR certification required within 120 days. • Minimum 8 years of experience in Data analytics and visualization. • Strong communication skills with healthcare teams using various methods. • Proficient in Excel, Word and expert Office operational knowledge. • Strong background in designing and building publication-ready interactive data visualizations. • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages recommended. • Intermediate skills in relational database structures and concepts. • Understanding of statistically appropriate means of data and process analysis. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
