β€’ About Agoda β€’ Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. β€’ We build and deploy cutting-edge technology that connects travelers with a global network of 4.7M hotels and holiday properties worldwide, plus flights, activities, and more. β€’ The Procurement Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing Strategic sourcing and Category Strategy development in Agoda with a focus on Workplace Experience, including office leasing, facilities, in-office services and events as well as supporting our HQ move into the newly build Bangkok One building. β€’ The goal is to provide the best employee experience whilst managing resources effectively. Spend coverage is approximately $75M USD plus. In addition to Workplace Services there may be additional Ad-Hoc requests or major procurement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 8 years in Real Estate and Facilities management Procurement. β€’ Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, procure-to-pay processes and tools and supplier management. β€’ Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work independently β€’ Experience in spend analysis, market and benchmark analysis at a broad level β€’ Innovation in procurement process experience considered advantageous β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations β€’ Demonstrated change management and project management skills β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop small teams and build credibility with business partners, with a strong focus on Customer Centricity β€’ Ability to manage and collaborate with teams and stakeholders β€’ Character traits: open mind, learning attitude, transparent behavior, positive, strong communicator, proactive and collaborative. β€’ Strategic thinker yet focused on execution; able to roll up sleeves to get things done β€’ Able to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment β€’ Good cultural and organizational sensitivity
