β’ Minimum 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience with JavaScript and one other programming language with at least 3 years of that experience in developing healthcare integrations leveraging common interoperability standards (FHIR and HL7) β’ Exceptional fundamentals of computer programming, including a good understanding of software development lifecycle, coding best practices, design patterns, object-oriented architecture, etc. β’ A commitment to supporting and fostering diversity and inclusion (We have a global team and you will regularly collaborate with people from a variety of walks of life) β’ This role requires the candidate to reside within the United States of America β’ Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to autonomously drive the delivery of long-term initiatives β’ Growth-oriented mindset β’ Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in fully remote environments β’ Project Management: Effective project management skills, with emphasis on the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to lead discovery, development, and testing phases of integration development β’ Strong experience working remotely
