📋 Description
• Develop database, ETL, and BI solutions to enhance reporting capabilities • Utilize data analysis to translate requests into data visualization and reporting solutions • Create ETL solutions for automated data refreshes and report delivery • Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards for leadership insights • Transform data sets into usable information for business decisions • Identify and implement internal process improvements • Conduct complex analysis to provide insight and address business questions • Guide junior team members on key projects • Lead large-effort data transformation and visualization projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with ETL, BI, and database solutions • Experience translating business requirements • Extensive data analysis experience • Relevant healthcare or healthcare operations experience is preferred • Advanced proficiency with SQL, SSIS, and Power BI • Expert analytical skills in solving multi-dimensional problems • Expert proficiency using Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated graphic development and strong presentation skills • High level of skill in building analytic tools • Advanced proficiency performing root cause analysis • Critical listening and thinking skills • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts, AI or ML preferred • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD is preferred
