Description

• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records • Overseeing administrative tasks • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products/SKUs • Liaising with 3PL and Manufacturing team • Conduct regular stock audits • Manage WMS (warehouse management system) • Place orders for new products as needed • Administer correct paperwork for stock and manufacturing production • Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for stock levels • Collaborate with the sales team for SKU rationalisation • Assist with purchase orders and invoices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in stock control or inventory management • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite Business and basic math skills • Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management software is a plus • Customer service and administration experience is a plus
