📋 Description

• Cargado is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic partnerships and oversee key operational initiatives. • This role involves building strong relationships with key carrier stakeholders in Mexico. • Ensure successful execution of business initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. • Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintaining organization and ensuring deadlines are met. • Manage and deliver high-impact initiatives, coordinating across teams for timely execution. • Support cross-functional teams, keeping product, engineering, and data teams aligned. • Develop structured processes for tracking initiatives to ensure visibility and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, business development, partnerships, customer success, or operations, with a proven ability to build and grow relationships. • Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively. • Experience doing project management at a logistics company, freight brokerage, carrier, or freight tech company. • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel skills and the ability to present insights effectively. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to set priorities, create structured plans, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of challenges. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Comfortable wearing many hats and jumping into projects of all sizes to drive company success.
