📋 Description
• Responsible for safe and reliable operations of BESS projects • Conduct on-site orientations and monitor third-party work • Review service reports and ensure compliance with safety program • Participate in commissioning activities during construction • Assist in the development and improvement of technical standards and maintenance guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of O&M site level experience with HV, MV, and LV systems • Solid technical background related to battery storage or energy sector • Proficient use of Office Suite required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to travel up to 60% • 24/7 availability for site emergencies
