📋 Description

• Cargomatic is a leader in the intermodal transportation industry, specializing in connecting shippers with carriers to streamline freight movement. • We are seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team. • In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistical operations. • Your duties will include gathering and analyzing data, compiling reports and metrics, providing timely and actionable communications, and resolving accessorial and freight payment issues. • This position requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, proactive customer service abilities, and strong problem-solving skills in a deadline-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of logistical concepts, supply chain terminology, and drayage operations best practices, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in drayage operations. • Familiarity with UIIA detention and per diem policies and dispute procedures for major SSLs and IEPs. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and develop effective solutions. • Exceptional time and task management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks under demanding timelines. • Experience with freight auditing and invoicing processes. • Strong collaborative and team-based approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
