Description

• Solely responsible for IT needs of a 50-person organization • Provide internal IT support (50%) • Oversee administration of core business SaaS, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion • Assist staff with system-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance • Support in technical onboarding and offboarding • Manage all software licensing and billing • Serve as primary point of contact for IT team • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Deliver ongoing training on data protection and security • Proactively keep up to date with the latest developments • Develop and manage internal data analytics architecture • Support internal initiatives to implement and configure back office systems • Support procurement with technical suppliers • Support WordPress web development needs • Maintain WordPress hosting environment and plugins • Support data analytics and BI needs • Maintain, update, and enforce data protection, privacy, disaster recovery policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3+ years experience as an IT administrator or technician with primary responsibility for administering enterprise SaaS, including Google Workplace, Notion, and Slack • 3+ years experience supporting both Mac OS and Windows OS desktop environments • Experience implementing enterprise back office software, e.g., HRIS, AP, CRM, etc., including the configuration and ongoing management • A working knowledge of Data Protection, including UK and EU GDPR • IT support ticket management • Enterprise SaaS configuration, including user provisioning and access management • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, and well-organized • Experience working remotely by oneself • Based in a time zone +/- 3 hours from UTC • Desired skills/experience • Web development skills, e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React • BI data analytics skills, e.g., SQL, R, Power BI, Tableau, Looker • Familiarity with basic LLM tools and use cases • Experience managing data protection policies
