• Provide independent, sound, and legally accurate advice while balancing business needs. • Review and draft sales and supply contracts, manage claims, support litigation, and offer compliance-related support. • Facilitate training sessions on legal and environmental compliance topics and support ECO investigations. • Work closely with compliance and operational teams to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements
• A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification is required. • Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within a multinational organization or law firm. • Strong expertise in commercial contracts, claims, and litigation management. • Knowledge of compliance and environmental legal frameworks. • Fluency in Thai and English is required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
