• Oversee and manage a portfolio of programs and projects • Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, objectives, and priorities • Bridge strategic planning and execution • Establish portfolio governance standards and metrics for success • Monitor health and progress of programs and projects • Optimize resource allocation across programs • Identify, assess, and manage portfolio risks and dependencies • Oversee portfolio budgets and financial targets • Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams • Analyze portfolio data for trends and areas for improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or project management roles • Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., PPM tools, Agile, PMI standards, Smartsheets, Excel) • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios.
