• The ideal candidate will come from a strong Information Technology background, having worked with Enterprise Software, ServiceNow and with the Microsoft Stack (.NET, WCF, Server OS, SQL, etc). • The candidate will focus on integrating the Nlyte Software Products, modules, and connectors for our broad and growing customer base. • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Change Management is required. • Technical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to software integrations, software configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical consultancy to customers. • Collaborative project management activities that include, but not limited to interacting with company and client stakeholders, work with company and client project/IT managers, and assist with project scoping. • Manage customers CMDB Integrations with Nlyte from start to finish, lead customer configuration meeting sessions, and open/track/close completed projects in the internal tracking tools. • Maintain proficiency with current and newly released Nlyte Software products and technologies through self-directed (reading documentation) and formal training (provided by Product Management). • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills. • Must be able to effectively articulate, communicate, transfer knowledge/instruction, and present with confidence. • Must be Self-motivated, Independent, flexible, resourceful, able to work in a team, and be responsive to requests. • Must be able to travel occasionally perform work onsite. • Willingness to pursue and obtain TS/SCI/TK security clearance up to and including CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree. • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow Import Sets and Transform Maps. • Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems (preferred). • Experience in the latest releases of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL Server and major modules (SQL DB Engine, SQL Agent, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS). • Able to pass Background Checks to obtain Federal Security Clearance is required. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Failover Technologies a plus (AlwaysON, Log Shipping, Mirroring). • Experience working with Internet Information Services, Services.msc, Task Scheduler, XML files, .NET files, etc. • Working knowledge of SSL Certificates and prior experience with STIG’d systems a plus. • Understanding of Network/Firewall ports and protocols. • Ability to use collaboration tools such as GoToMeeting/WebEx/Zoom/Skype/etc. • Fiddler experience a Plus+. • Active Security Clearance a plus (Public Trust and above).
