📋 Description
• Lead the Complex Accounting function focusing on technical accounting issues. • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies. • Support Corporate Assistant Controller and Controller with technical accounting matters. • Drive implementation of accounting standards. • Oversee resolution of complex accounting issues. • Develop and maintain technical accounting policies. • Prepare and review technical accounting memos and disclosures. • Work closely with external auditors during audits. • Provide strategic advice on accounting matters related to transactions. • Develop training programs on technical accounting topics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business • CPA or Chartered Accountant certification • 7+ years of extensive experience in technical accounting, including expertise in US GAAP and experience with complex accounting issues
