📋 Description

• Provide expert legal counsel and services focused on contract law for our diverse clientele. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, as well as offering strategic advice to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. • Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions tailored to their needs. • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in New York State. • Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in contract law, with a proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts. • Expertise in contract law and related legal issues. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with legal research tools and contract management software. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused approach. • Experience working with clients in various industries. • Previous freelance or contract-based legal work experience. • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
