• Seeking Lateral Partner in FinTech & Regulation Law Division • Must currently work at a law firm • Seeking an attorney to join the FinTech and Regulation law team • Will be the principal attorney overseeing deals and client relationships • Experience in Corporate transactions, Finance Compliance, Intellectual property, etc.

• Must be licensed in the state they apply to work in • Contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm • Confident banking and finance lawyer • Have experience and confidence as a primary attorney managing deals and client relationships • Optimistic self-starter with a positive outlook • Tired of big firm practice, running own firm, or not being fully valued and recognized
