📋 Description

• At Carrum, we are transforming how we pay for, deliver, and experience healthcare. • Responsible for bridging development and operations through collaboration, IaC, automation, and systems maintenance. • Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts. • Integrate security best practices into our infrastructure lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. • Responsible for comprehensive documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and deployed solution architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and/or site reliability engineering • 5+ years of experience working with container orchestration tools (e.g. ECS, EKS) • Expertise in implementing DevOps culture • Experienced in designing monitoring solutions • A passion for working with Engineering teams • Experience optimizing system reliability, scalability, and performance • You are motivated by identifying and prioritizing problems • You have previous experience scaling platforms on AWS & Azure • Preferred Industry Certifications include: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AZ-400, CKA, CKAD, Docker Certified Associate, HashiCorp Terraform Associate • Your previous platforms have good uptime • You enjoy coaching up and learning from Engineering partners • You have interpersonal skills and are empathetic, courteous, and friendly • You have experience in the healthcare space • You can adjust to a steady stream of crazy and changing requirements
