📋 Description

• At Carrum, transform healthcare to create unmatched patient experiences. • As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, lead design and development of web and mobile applications. • Work primarily with Ruby on Rails in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). • Lead creation of scalable, high-performance APIs and services. • Drive improvements in system architecture and performance. • Collaborate with Data teams for optimal data model design. • Partner with DevOps team for resilient cloud infrastructure deployment. • Implement monitoring and observability practices for high availability. • Own key initiatives and mentor engineers to elevate team's expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development • Previous experience as the most senior engineer on a mid-sized team in Ruby on Rails and React • Strong experience using PostgreSQL SQL and NoSQL to build data models • Expertise in building software on core AWS Services • Enjoy technical leadership through code reviews and system design • Good communication and collaboration skills • Strong expertise in designing supportable software through monitoring and performance tuning • Enjoy mentoring engineers and imparting best practices • Passionate about building great user experiences accessible to a variety of users • Strong interpersonal skills, being empathetic and courteous • Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset • Experience handling deadlines in a fast-paced environment
