• Carry1st is Africa’s leading publisher of mobile games and digital content. • You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong online presence for Carry1st Shop and games. • Responsible for executing influencer marketing strategies that resonate with global audiences. • Tasked with growing Carry1st’s Creator Program and measuring its impact on business objectives. • Work on a best-in-class pan-African influencer marketing program. • Identify influencers and build sustained engagement with different brands. • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple campaigns, from outreach to content reviews. • Create, monitor, and analyze social media performance metrics across various platforms. • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize influencer marketing campaigns. • Coordinate with Community Managers, Growth Leads, and Social Media Managers regarding influencers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer / content marketing • Willing to work part-time (20 hours per week) on a six-month contract • Strong understanding of content, creative and editorial skills • Experience working with influencers, social analytics across channels and ability to summarize data into insights • Self-driven and accountable with a high degree of ownership • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
