• Carry1st is Africa’s leading publisher of mobile games and digital content. • Generate insights into our players and our acquisition campaigns. • Lead to strategic recommendations and operational optimisations. • Utilise advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions & hypotheses. • Develop, operationalise, and maintain dashboards & automated reports. • Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, establishing best practices.
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising space - networks, bidding systems, & algorithms - and fluent with the key funnel metrics - CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, LTV • Fluent in SQL. Proficiency in Tableau and Python pluses. • Strong analytical skills backed by statistical fundamentals • Strong problem solving acumen backed by the ability to tackle ambiguity • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams
