📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the WMS/OMS engineering team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability. • Manage project timelines and deliverables, utilizing Kanban methodologies to maintain efficient workflows and drive continuous improvement. • Offer technical guidance and support to engineers, resolving challenges and ensuring project milestones are achieved. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals and scope. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions with team members. • Advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes. • Coordinate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to align priorities and encourage cross-functional collaboration. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation to boost team productivity. • Lead by example, embodying company values and nurturing a positive team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in a software development setting. • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in web application development using the Django stack. • Proven expertise in agile project management methodologies, particularly Kanban. • Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience coaching and mentoring engineers to foster their growth and development. • Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming technical and organizational challenges. • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
