• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for OMS, WMS, and TMS products, aligning efforts with overall business goals and product roadmaps. • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, customer support) to ensure marketing efforts are well-integrated across departments. • Craft compelling messaging and engaging content for various channels (email, social media, blogs, website, webinars) to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience in a direct marketing role in E-commerce, Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain, 3PL, or related industries. • Proven experience in marketing for enterprise-level OMS, WMS, or TMS software solutions. • Strong background in e-commerce logistics and supply chain management, including experience with relevant tools and technologies. • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), as well as analytics tools for tracking and optimizing campaigns. • Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results. • Nice to Haves: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Familiarity with public sector contracts and marketing to government agencies.
