Description

• Oversee daily operations of Cart.com’s e-commerce solutions, ensuring platform performance and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of commerce strategies. • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth integrations, reliable performance, and timely issue resolution. • Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Oversee the integration of third-party tools and solutions. • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and increase operational scalability. • Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations and security protocols. • Collaborate with the supply chain and fulfillment teams to optimize inventory management, order processing, and delivery times. • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, business operations, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated success in improving operational processes and enhancing platform performance. • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and working with cross-functional teams. • Proven track record in using data analytics to optimize commerce operations and drive business growth. • Advanced project management skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
